(The Frosting tastes like melted ice cream! Seriously, it's awesome!)

This is definitely one of my most well-received cupcakes. Everyone loves it. I mean, who doesn't like Red Velvet? Or Cheesecake... Or Cream Cheese frosting...? The light cocoa flavor of the cake pairs well the sweet, rich cheesecake, all brought together with a tangy frosting. Yummy :)
